Mount Gordon Tailings Storage Strategy

Options for a new Tailings Storage Facility were assessed to confirm foundation conditions for a new Main Dam, Saddle Dams, and construction material resource identification. Included reconnaissance mapping and reporting.
North Pine Dam Stability Improvement Project

As part of the staged strengthening, a revised foundation model was constructed following the review of historical data, in addition to new, high-resolution assessment of foundation areas. Included data assessment and reprocessing and GIS development.
Cressbrook - Dam Safety Upgrade Project

Cressbrook Dam is currently in the design phase for a Dam Safety Improvement Project which will include a widening of the existing spillway. Included site supervision of drilling through a live embankment, instrument installation, and construction material resource identification and assessment.
St. Elmo Vanadium Water Supply Dam

A new off stream water storage is required to supply the mine with process water. Included geological mapping of the proposed footprint of the proposed storage, in addition to the identification and assessment of potential construction resources. Completed the geological interpretation and GIS development to assist with engineering.
Denyer Quarry

A review of existing exploratory data was completed prior to a limited intrusive investigation to improve confidence around the likely extension of a construction material resource for the Regional Council. Included conceptual pit arrangement and preliminary volume estimation.
Wuruma Dam Safety Assessment

This dam safety review included the review of existing borehole logs and re-logging of historical core stored on site to update material and defect descriptions. Re-assessment of foundation conditions and kinematic assessment of defect sets. Included the development of a detailed GIS and spatial registration of historical mapping.
Queensland Hydro Projects

Responsible for reviewing documentation, rock core, soil samples, and other site-specific information for local conditions of the dam foundation, abutments, appurtenant structures, tunnels, powerhouses, and potential borrow areas. Provision of technical review and design guidance as part of the Owner's Engineering Team, Engagement with design consultants and Technical Review Panel.
Mount Bold Dam Safety Upgrade Project, South Australia
